F.A.Q.

Are the parts new and genuine?

We sell new genuine FCA OEM parts. Each part page shows its OEM number and catalog description. OEM identifies a manufacturer’s part; it does not mean that it fits every FCA. Check the number, description and required quantity separately. A photograph or a similar name is not sufficient evidence for ordering.

What is an OEM number?

An OEM number is the manufacturer’s part identifier. Use the complete number and check it against your vehicle’s parts catalog before ordering. Every letter, digit and suffix matters. A single different character may identify a different catalog entry. If you copied the number from an old part, check it against the manufacturer’s catalog rather than choosing the closest search result.

How do I find a part?

Enter an OEM number in the search at the top of this page. You can also browse catalog categories. Submit your query with the search button. Results appear below the search so you can compare codes and prices without leaving the page. Where an add-to-cart button is available, add the part directly; open its page when you need more detail.

Does a search match guarantee fitment?

No. A similar description, code prefix or shared category does not confirm fitment. Check the exact OEM number and your vehicle specification. Vehicles of the same model can have different specifications. A catalog category helps you browse but does not verify fitment for your car. If you do not have a confirmed number, email us with the vehicle details before paying.

Why is a technical description in another language?

We retain the catalog’s original technical descriptions rather than invent translations or compatibility claims. Use the OEM number to identify the part.

Do prices include VAT?

Imported catalog retail prices are in euros and include 21% Lithuanian VAT. Check your final order total at the payment step. A unit price is not the complete order charge: quantity, the current offer and delivery affect the total. The cart collects your selections; review the order summary before making payment.

Which price applies to my order?

PARTSinn calculates your order using the offers selected at that time. Review part prices, delivery and the total before payment. A catalog price may differ from the current offer. Adding a part to your cart does not fix stock or create an order. If a current price cannot be checked, do not treat the catalog as confirmation of the final charge.

Which payment methods are available?

The payment step lists the methods available for your particular order. Choose from the methods shown there.

Can I order for a company?

You can enter company details in the order form. Add and check them before making payment.

Does a VAT number automatically remove VAT?

No. Entering company or VAT details does not itself guarantee a VAT exemption. Follow the tax calculation in your order summary and contact us before payment if unsure.

Can I order FCA OEM?

Available to order

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated for your order and selected delivery method. The final charge is shown in the order summary before payment.

When will my part arrive?

Delivery in 4–15 working days

Can I choose collection?

The order form supports collection. Confirm that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Can I add a note?

Yes. A note on the part page is saved with the cart item. A note alone does not confirm compatibility or special arrangements.

How can I ask about a part I cannot find?

Email info@partsinn.lt with any OEM number, part description and vehicle details you have. Include the VIN if needed to help clarify your request.

Does a VIN automatically confirm fitment?

No. A VIN identifies a vehicle; it is not an automatic fitment guarantee. Ask for clarification of the specific OEM number before ordering if unsure.

Can a similar OEM number replace my part?

Not necessarily. Nearby codes and similar descriptions do not prove interchangeability. Use confirmed manufacturer catalog information.

How do I request a return or report a problem?

Read the returns and purchase terms. Email info@partsinn.lt with your order number, OEM number and a description of the issue; include photos for damage. Keep the packaging and obtain agreed instructions before sending a part back. Explain whether you received a different OEM number, damage, or wish to cancel a purchase. The returns and purchase terms set out the applicable conditions and exceptions.

Who can help with payment or an invoice?

Email info@partsinn.lt with your order number. If payment status is unclear, clarify it first to avoid accidentally placing a duplicate order.

Can I add a part to my cart directly from search?

Yes, where the result has a priced offer and an add-to-cart button. You can select the part without opening its page. Check the complete OEM number first. Adding it to the cart is not confirmation of fitment, physical stock or an order; the current offer is checked before payment.

What if search returns several similar part numbers?

Compare the complete OEM number, not just its prefix or price. A shorter query can return several codes, so refine it with the full number and search again. Do not buy a cheaper, similarly named part as a replacement unless you have confirmed that it is suitable for your vehicle.

Can I search without an OEM number?

You can search catalog descriptions and browse categories. Technical names retain the original catalog language, so a translated synonym may not return a match. If you cannot find a part, email info@partsinn.lt with its description, vehicle details and VIN if needed. A model name alone is not an automatic part-selection guarantee.

Why are other parts shown next to a selected part?

Related parts help you continue browsing the catalog. They do not establish fitment for the same vehicle, indicate a complete kit or prove interchangeability with your selected part. Verify each OEM number separately and order extra items only when you know they are required for your repair.

What should I check before paying for my cart?

Review OEM numbers, each quantity, current prices, delivery method, address and total. For a business purchase, check the company details too. Read the purchase and returns terms. If the payment step cannot retrieve a current offer or total, do not consider the order confirmed.

Is an item reserved once it is in my cart?

No. Your cart is a list of selected parts, not a confirmed reservation. It helps you prepare an order and choose quantities. The current offer and order total are checked separately before payment; a catalog entry or cart total alone does not guarantee availability.

Where can I see my order status and tracking?

Sign in and open My Orders, then select the relevant order. Shipment tracking is displayed when supplied by the order system; not every order has tracking immediately. If details are missing or the status is unclear, email info@partsinn.lt with your order number.

Payment failed or I returned without confirmation. What now?

Check the order and payment status first. Returning from a payment page alone does not prove that payment succeeded. If your bank shows a debit but there is no clear order confirmation, do not rush to place another order. Email info@partsinn.lt with your order number and the issue, without sending card details.

What information helps clarify compatibility?

Provide the complete OEM number, vehicle model, year and known specification. When vehicle-specific identification is needed, include the VIN in your email. A photograph can help explain your request, but appearance alone cannot prove fitment or interchangeability with another part number.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect part?

Photograph the packaging, part, label and OEM number. Keep the packaging and order details, and email info@partsinn.lt with your order number and the discrepancy. Do not start installing a part if its suitability or condition is in doubt; agree the next steps and any return under the applicable terms.

Which brands belong to FCA?

FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) brought together Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Maserati, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and RAM. In 2021 FCA merged with Groupe PSA to form Stellantis.

Can I find Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep or Abarth parts here?

The catalog lists FCA OEM part numbers. Parts are identified by OEM number rather than by brand name, so search for the exact number and check it against your vehicle's parts catalogue.

What is Mopar?

Mopar is the genuine parts and service brand of FCA, now Stellantis. Our catalog identifies parts by OEM number; we do not confirm packaging branding for individual listings.

Where do I find a Fiat or Alfa Romeo part number?

The OEM number is often printed on the part itself, its label or old packaging. An authorised workshop can also look it up from your vehicle's VIN.

Did the Stellantis merger change FCA part numbers?

A change of group name does not in itself change a specific part's OEM number. Search using the number shown on the part or in the manufacturer's catalogue.
